Pepperina Hill Limited will carry out research is in the areas of Community Cultural Development and Cultural Economics as they effect the Creative Arts Sector.

It is hoped the research once undertaken will lead to changes in public policy that will bring the arts sector more in line with broader market.

Initially a literature review, all research will be conducted and developed through appropriate standards.

The Opportunity, Creative Industries, and Concept Brief:   

• The task is to understand the mechanisms through which cultural practices are assessed, valued and traded in the marketplace.
• To seek new models of trade between stakeholders in the creative and cultural industries with regard to job markets, career paths, income and wages for practitioners and their communities.
